Judas

In this gathering we explored the idea that we all betray Christ in our words and deeds: that we are all Judas

Ritual

For the ritual we dipped our hands into a bowl full of red wine as a sign that God's blood is on our hands...

Then we blew out a candle as a sign that we had extinguished the light of the Spirit in our actions...

At the end of the evening a sackcloth bag was passed round with small badges inside with the word Judas printed on them.
