I thought the Ikon service was both chilling and beautiful... what did others think?

Just been blogging about it.

... came out with brain buzzing, but not sure that I'd worshipped with my heart as well. I love your self-description "transformance art" - that really seemed to sum up the experience for me.

And one week on I still have a piece of wool knotted round my ankle ... don't intend to stop pulling at loose ends any time soon. Thank you for your challenges.

Really enjoyed "The God Delusion" - That makes me feel like I'm doing the presentation a disservice, i don't know if enjoyment was the idea!

But what I really mean is that I was excited to see an example of a group of people on a journey who aren't claiming to have all the answers (I don't even know if we're all asking the same questions), but are open to explore and examine their conceptions of faith and God.

I came away feeling disturbed and challenged and reassured, but more than that I have the desire to start pulling at that piece of "wool" and see what I'm left with once it unravels.

Doug.
